Who We Are

Pioneer Filters is a company started in 1987 by Co brothers-  Gopala & Srinivas. From humble beginnings, Pioneer Filters slowly started gaining visibility in the market. Initially, we only manufactured Air Filters for trucks in the spare market. Kirloskar Electric Co Ltd became our first Original Equipment Manufacturer to outsource their Air Filter requirements for their DC motors. After acquiring Kirloskar Electric Co Ltd, we did not turn back. Through word of mouth, very soon, we were the preferred vendors of Air Filters for several DC motor manufacturing companies like Integrated Electric Co Ltd and Crompton Greaves.

From just under 200 sq ft of workshop & 2 employees; Pioneer Filters has over 180,000 sq ft of space with state of the art facilities for laser cutting , bending , welding, grinding, grit blast etc. We believe in using modern technology for production and constantly upgrading infrastructure. We have the latest 3D & 2D Software to design a perfect product.

We have employed 5 Mechanical Engineers who take care of design, production & quality control of the product.

We also have a total workforce of 40 people, including Qualified Welders, and experienced ITI fitters.
