Return and Refund Policy


Pioneer Filters reserves the right to charge a fee and change its policies from time to time. In particular, Pioneer Filters may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the website. In such an event, Pioneer Filters reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services without any notice to you. Changes to the fee and related policies shall automatically become effective immediately once implemented on Pioneer Filters website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be charged in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws when making payments to Pioneer Filters.

Cancellation of Order

Pioneer Filters reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Pioneer Filters is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/canceled does not comply with Pioneer Filters policy or order has invalid address/incorrect information or for any other reason. However, PioneerFilters will ensure that communication of cancellation of an order, so canceled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.


We offer a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on Pioneer Filters website subject to the following conditions (15 days replacement guarantee):

You must inform us of your intention to return the item within 15 days of receipt of the product, in the following circumstances:

Defective/incorrect product replacement

You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 15 days of receipt of the product. You can either email our team at; or call us on +91 9845297311.
In case the shipped product is reported defective, within 24 hours of receipt of the product then the Pioneer Filters team will check, if the product can easily be repaired, Pioneer Filters team will repair the same. In case it cannot be repaired, Pioneer Filters team will replace it.
    To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Our team will, in turn, arrange a suitable time with our courier partner for pickup which shall be within 7 days from the date of your intimation to return the product(s). Please note that if you have agreed a time to pick up with our customer support team, you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the product.
      We shall make two (2) attempts to collect the product from your address after which if the courier repeatedly fails to find you at the address, then you shall be liable to deliver the product to the Pioneer Filters office along with the entire documents to our satisfaction.

        The product returned to us should meet the following specifications:

        Must have the original invoice. Have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
        Be in an unused/sellable condition.
        As soon as we receive the product back, if all the above in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.
        In the event that the product received back does not meet the specifications mentioned above, or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced nor a refund will be provided:
        Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.
        Product(s) has a manufacturing defect but has been used.
        Product(s) has been tampered with.
        You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part(s) of the purchase if the purchase is faulty. Needless to say, we can offer to replace the product(s) only purchased on Pioneer Filters website.
        Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product(s) was damaged in transit to you, only if we are informed within 24 hours receipt of the product(s).


        Use of Social Media plug-in

        This website uses social plug-in which allows you to connect with family or friends. It also allows you/them to “like and share our page”.

         IP Address

        An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user accesses our website or makes a purchase. We use IP Addresses to help determine the location you are accessing our services from, to prevent against fraud and for administering our services.

         Sensitive Information

        We ask that you not send us or disclose any sensitive personal information to or through our service. This can include but is not limited to health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, political opinions, religion or information related to racial or ethnic origin, criminal background, etc.
